Park Description

Positioned in the idyllic Welsh village of Dyserth, Carmel Caravan Park is a small, family run holiday park which boast incredible views across the Irish Sea and the Snowdonia Mountain Range. Set in 8 acres above Dyserth, the park is open for 10 ½ months and offers holiday makers with a peaceful and relaxing environment for families and couples to create long lasting holiday memories, each time they stay at the park.

Dyserth is a small welsh village with spectacular scenery. From the Dyserth Falls, a 70 foot waterfall which joins on to the River Clwyd, west of Rhuddlan. There is a path which runs past the waterfall and continues over the hills and joins onto the public footpath and the Dyserth/Prestatyn walkway.

There is plenty to do in this area to keep you busy during your holiday. Not far from the park is the small boutique village of Rhuddlan where you’ll find Rhuddlan Castle, which was established back in the 8th century. You can spend the day exploring the ancient ruins, before heading off into one of the boutique coffee shops which line the streets of the village.
