Park Description

Maerdy Mawr Caravan Park is a rural holiday park set in the countryside of inland North Wales. This quiet, peaceful, get away from it all park can be found near Corwen, situated on the A5 in Denbighshire, a truly picturesque location, you will not want to leave.

The attractive market town of Corwen is set in Denbighshire's rural heartland in the stunning   countryside of the Dee Valley. Set around the market place, the town was also important as a staging post and for Drovers taking their livestock to market over the border in England.

Corwen hosts the famous Trailer manufacture, Ifor Williams which was originally created by a farmer to service the local farming community which sustains Corwen but has since grown to be common sight on our roads. The area provides visitors with ample opportunities to enjoy peace and solitude and is a walker’s paradise with the Berwyn and Snowdonia mountains close by.
