Park Description

Trallwyn Hall Holiday Park is a small site conveniently positioned at the gateway to the Lleyn Peninsular, just west of the main Carnarvon to Pwllheli road. The park is accessed through landscaped parkland which forms part of the privately owned Trallwyn Estate - a home to a branch of the Williams-Ellis family of Portmeirion fame.

The site has sweeping views over rolling parkland down to the sea and Cardigan Bay. The private roads and tracks on the Estate offer ample opportunity to exercise well behaved dogs. Fishing can also be arranged on our river and small lake.

The holiday park is located close to the bustling coastal towns of Pwllheli Criccieth and Nevin. This area of North Wales is hugely popular for its stunning beaches and mountain. Activities available include walking, mountaineering, mountain biking, surfing, snorkelling, wakeboarding and jet skiing. Pwllheli also has a wide range of shops and eateries for you to visit during your stay, from little boutiques to restaurants serving fresh local produce.

Local Area

The Lleyn Peninsula is a peninsula of some 30 miles located south west of Anglesey. The area is best known for its miles of sandy beaches, stunning inland scenery and as a focal point for water sports fans. There is a modern marina at Pwllheli and surfing, sailing, kayaking and jet skiing particularly popular at locations such as Abersoch. The area also boasts a number of good golf courses.

Very popular with younger people and young families, many parks in the area offer longer seasons and many owners enjoy longer stays or commute for the weekends.

Main towns include Porthmadog, Pwllheli, Morfa Nefyn, Criccieth and Abersoch.

Although it takes a little longer to the Lleyn Peninsula, travel is easy from the Midlands and north west.
